The problem will be our start. Had to get something yesterday but after that performance I firmly believe we could be rock bottom after 6 games,
Looking for crumbs of comfort, we lost our first 4 games in Pelligrini's first season. Stayed up, comfortably.

The problem will be our start. Had to get something yesterday but after that performance I firmly believe we could be rock bottom after 6 games, then it’s a question of whether we can pull ourselves out of it.
Add to that: A manager with a year left and who is unloved by the fans, the and All the uncertainty that brings, clearly some disinterested players, some past it players and a general lack of quality in key positions. A board who treat the transfer market as a game of fantasy football instead of looking at the addressing real problems, undermining the manager while simultaneously asset stripping us of our young talent.
Yes this club is not in a happy place right now and I fear for our future existence If these clowns continue to run it into the ground.

yes . the clubs in the middle of the perfect storm . worst board in football . a washed up has been in charge . plus too many players who are either disintrested or shot to pieces ie cresswell and sorry to say nobes .

I struggle to see who is worse than us in all honesty given the lack of investment by the board. The club is toxic with those cunts at the helm. There is no depth in the squad, no balance in the team and no pace and creativity. The full backs are simply not good enough - an issue that has been apparent for years and still not addressed. The rest of the defence aren't much better.
Antonio did well at the tail end of last season but he isn't an out and out striker. It simply hasn't worked out with Haller. So we will continually leak goals and struggle to score them in my book. With a shit run of fixtures at the start of the season we will be bottom and the players will have their heads down - a hard situation to come back from. We were lucky to escape relegation last season and we cant keep riding our luck without adequate investment - something that clearly isn't going to happen with the charlatans in charge who have turned West Ham into a laughing stock.

After the Ipswich friendly, I thought I saw something that made me feel it wouldn't be us in the mix.
I thought similar, up to the Diangana sale. Not that he would make the difference to the entire season, but he's been sold and the proceeds haven't been spent, before the first game.
Seems to have created an even more negative atmosphere at the club and in my psyche.

After yesterdays abject showing I feel that we will be the main ingredient in that mix.
Can't quite put my finger on what changed in the time between those games, though...

3 out of Fulham , WBA , Brighton and WHU...Villa have invested in their squad and kept hold of Grealish , they’ll be ok....the legacy of Pellegrinis signings are a millstone around our necks that will probably drag us down this time...still paying off massively overpriced fees and wages for players that aren’t good enough and nobody wants to sign coupled with a failed manager and potless hated owners.... this club is toxic and relegation might finally rid us of GSB so may not be the worst possible outcome.

In no particular order,the relegation contenders will be Villa,Brighton,Burnley,West Brom,West Ham,and Fulham.
It took 16 years for the dildos and Brady to destroy Birmingham,and after nearly 11 years of these charlatans at West Ham,I think our time for the same fate is rapidly approaching.
We will probably be bottom at the end of October.

Last week I read a fan survey where one supporter of each PL club was asked to make predictions for this coming season.
Surprisingly only two fans had WHU in their relegated trio. Five fans out of twenty though chose Moyes as being the first manager to leave this season.
